Group meetings: 3 Weekends around 9:00AM - 10:00AM (first: Sun 08 Feb).
Body scans: Baseline before starting, post-program (optional photos).
Daily Movement 5 BARE sessions/week + daily steps and active-recovery days
Nutrition: Follow your tailored nutrition + supplementation plan for 4 weeks.

For the challenge month, we’ll give you a personalised 7-day training and recovery plan so you know exactly which classes to take to reach your goals; whether that’s stamina, strength, abs, toned arms, or lifting that butt!
